Customers of Rigid Boxes Pro can ensure satisfaction with their custom packaging needs by following our detailed steps for issue resolution. If the received products deviate from your specifications or are defective, notify us at sales@ within 3 working days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue to determine the root cause.

Resolution Process

If the error is from our end, we offer a free reprint upon confirmation. For customer-side errors, a partial refund is provided after product return and cost deductions.

If the Error is on Our End 

 Once our management team confirms the defect is due to our production process, we will provide a free reprint of the entire order to meet your requirements. 

If the Error is on the Customer’s End 

 If the issue originates with the customer’s provided specifications, but a refund is still requested, the printed products must be shipped back to us within 7 working days at the customer’s expense. After deducting setup and shipping costs, a partial refund will be issued. 

To ensure efficient processing, customers must include proper documentation, product defect information, and digital photographs when returning the products.
